Our desire for all Center Stage Academy classes is to allow students to build confidence, develop and deepen empathy, build collaborative and presentation skills, creative thinking, and friendships while receiving professional training and having FUN.  Our goal is to create stronger people, not just better artists.

NEW OFFERS

Included in the cost of each camp is daily class instruction and performance prep, all materials and supplies, and a camp t-shirt.

There will be no Center Stage Academy classes:

Fall Break: October 7 - October 11, 2024

Thanksgiving Break: November 25 - November 29, 2024*

*This does not include pre-scheduled performances. Those will still occur.

Our Elementary One Performers program is a creative drama experience, using play to teach the basics of being onstage.  Our K-1 students can expect games, songs, creative movement, dance, and performance basics culminating in an end of camp showcase.

"Production Classes"

"ELEPHANT & PIGGIE'S “WE'RE IN A PLAY!” JR."

CURRENT GRADES: 2 - 5

COST: $375

MONDAY / WEDNESDAY  (4 - 6pm |  SEPT 9- NOV 13

PERFORMANCE: NOV 25 & 26 @ 6pm

Our ELEPHANT & PIGGIE'S “WE'RE IN A PLAY!” JR. class focuses on the foundations of theatrical performance. Our 2-5 grade students can expect games, character creation, choreography, and foundational acting basics with a final performance of a children’s classic.

"ALICE IN WONDERLAND, JR."

CURRENT GRADES: 6 - 12

COST: $375

TUESDAY / THURSDAY  (4:30 - 6:30pm)  |  SEPT 10 - NOV 14

PERFORMANCE: NOV 20 & 21 @ 6pm

Our Middle & High School Alice & Wonderland Jr Performers program is a program for everyone from beginners to advanced performers.  Our goal is developing and enhancing theatrical performance through instruction in acting, music/voice, movement/dance and a theatrical production.  Our 6th-12th grade students can expect games, character creation and analysis, choreography, voice & speech training, and performance coaching.  Our Middle & High School Performers program will culminate with a full production of a musical theatre classic.

"THE GIVER"

CURRENT GRADES: 6 - 12

COST: $375

PERFORMANCE: NOV 18 & 19 @ 6pm

Our Middle & High School The Giver Performers program is a program for everyone from beginners to advanced performers.  Our goal is developing and enhancing theatrical performance through instruction in acting and theatrical production.  Our 6th-12th grade students can expect games, character creation and analysis, voice & speech training, and performance coaching.  Our Middle & High School Performers program will culminate with a full production of a classic play. This is a non-musical performance.

"MIDDLE / HIGH SCHOOL TECH"

CURRENT GRADES: 6 - 12

COST: $200

MONDAY / WEDNESDAY  (5 - 6:30pm)  |  OCT 23 - NOV 13

​​Our Middle & High School Tech program is designed specifically creatives who want to be behind the scenes in the production process.  Students will learn the basics of theatrical design and stage management through hands on projects highlighted onstage. Students serve as the technical crew for the final performance of our Middle & High School Performers program.

"Visual Arts"

COST: $300

CLASSES: 

CURRENT GRADES: K - 2 || WEDNESDAY  (4 - 6pm)  ||  OCT 16 - DEC 4

CURRENT GRADES: 3 - 5 || TUESDAY  (4 - 6pm)  ||  OCT 15 - DEC 3

Visual Arts program is designed for students looking to enhance their creativity.  This intensive will give students an opportunity to explore the basics of visual art and create multiple take home pieces.  Each student’s work will be highlighted in a week long gallery display and celebrated with a reception open to family and friends. 

** "Photography" **

COST: $300

CLASSES: 

CURRENT GRADES: 6 - 12 || WEDNESDAY  (4 - 5:30pm)  ||  OCT 16 - DEC 4

GALLERY: DEC 16 - 19

In the Photography class, we will be learning how to develop a creative eye and appreciation for the art of photography. Students will learn about composition and light to make images with emotion and unique perspective. Students are not required to have a specific type of equipment. Anything from a cell phone camera, to a point and shoot, or a DSLR are acceptable.

"Homeschool"

"ALICE IN WONDERLAND, JR."

CURRENT GRADES: 2 - 12

COST: $275

THURSDAY  (12:30 - 3pm)  |  SEPT 12 - NOV 14

PERFORMANCE: NOV 20 & 21

Our Homeschool Alice & Wonderland Jr Performers program is a program for everyone from beginners to advanced performers in grades 2nd-12th.  Our goal is developing and enhancing theatrical performance through instruction in acting, music/voice, movement/dance and a theatrical production.  Our homeschool students can expect games, character creation and analysis, choreography, voice & speech training, and performance coaching.  Our Homeschool Performers program will culminate with a full production of a musical theatre classic.

"TECH"

CURRENT GRADES: 6 - 12

COST: $150

THURSDAY  (1:30 - 3pm)  |  OCT 24 - NOV 14

PERFORMANCE: NOV 20 & 21

Our Homeschool Tech program is designed specifically for 6th-12th grade creatives who want to be behind the scenes in the production process.  Students will learn the basics of theatrical design and stage management through hands on projects highlighted onstage. Students serve as the technical crew for the final performance of our Homeschool Performers program.

"VISUAL ARTS"

COST: $300

Our Visual Arts program is designed for homeschool students looking to enhance their creativity.  This intensive will give students an opportunity to explore the basics of visual art and create multiple take home pieces.  Each student’s work will be highlighted in a week long gallery display and celebrated with a reception open to family and friends.

"Mommy and Me"

AGES: 3 & 4

COST: $300

This cost includes one parent and one child. Each additional child is $200.

CLASS: 

THURSDAY  (10:45 - 11:15am |  SEPT 12 - DEC 12

Our Mommy & Me class is specifically designed for stay at home moms and their pre-school students. This is a moment to use the arts to create, explore, and connect with your child. You can expect everything from dance, movement, singing, chant, playing instruments, and more.
